Ryan Rigoli is a leadership and career coach with 20 years of experience launching consumer brands and helping individuals and teams use their talents in a more empowered and purposeful way. He has held leadership and management positions at Yahoo!, Homestead.com, and IRI Inc.
In his last corporate position as Sr. Director of Marketing at Yahoo! in the mid-2000’s, he was responsible for the marketing and branding of the highest priority consumer initiatives on the Yahoo! Network. Specifically, he led company-wide efforts to launch both Yahoo! Local and Yahoo! Answers into the marketplace, two products that were first of their kind in the U.S. market.
Ryan now enjoys helping business professionals transition into leadership positions and careers that inspire them and the people they are passionate to support. He specializes in helping them to uncover and embody a personal/leadership brand that aligns their unique gifts with their life’s work.
Ryan uses an approach that combines personal brand and leadership techniques with a holistic approach to coaching in mind, body and spirit. Through this work, his clients report deeper clarity around their calling, more effective communication with their team, and an ability stay true to their own inner compass and remain more calm under pressure.
Ryan is also the CEO of Soulful Brand, a boutique brand consultancy and leadership development firm, preparing entrepreneurs and business leaders to stand out with a unique message in their market, while staying true to themselves and their vision.
Ryan graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Economics from Stanford University. He is a Certified Integral Coach with the New Ventures West Integral Coaching ® Program in San Francisco, California and a trained True Purpose ™ Coach and Voice Dialogue Facilitator. He is also a Benedictine Monk in the Spirit of Peace Monastic Community and an assistant teacher in training at the Foundation for Spiritual Development in San Rafael, CA. He practices many forms of meditation that help people to find greater peace, wisdom and compassion within themselves. He is also an avid traveler and has written about his travels through Latin America which originally inspired him to live a life of greater service.
