Ryan Rigoli is a personal brand and leadership coach with extensive experience helping individuals and teams bring forth their unique contributions into the world with greater confidence, ease and joy. He has more than 15 years of brand marketing experience and has held leadership and management positions at Yahoo!, Homestead.com (now a subsidiary of Intuit), and IRI Inc.
In his most recent corporate position as Sr. Director of Marketing at Yahoo!, he was responsible for the marketing and branding of many high priority consumer initiatives on the Yahoo! Network. Specifically, he led company-wide efforts to launch both Yahoo! Local and Yahoo! Answers into the marketplace, two products that were first of their kind in the U.S. market.
Ryan now enjoys helping business professionals transition into careers and leadership positions that inspire them and the people they are passionate to serve. He specializes in helping them to uncover, articulate and embody a personal brand that aligns their unique purpose, vision and gifts with their life’s work.
Ryan uses an approach that combines traditional brand techniques with a holistic approach to coaching in mind, body and spirit. The result of his approach is personal brand that will help business professionals resonate more powerfully with others and help them to stay true to their own inner compass.
Ryan is also the CEO of Soulful Brand which helps service entrepreneurs build a unique company brand that stands out in the marketplace and is more deeply aligned with their authentic self.
He is also the co-founder of Thankedyou.com which gives people a way to say thanks for the all of the great things people do.
Ryan graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Economics from Stanford University. Additionally, he is a Certified Integral Coach with the New Ventures West Integral Coaching ® Program in San Francisco, California and served as a mentor for new coaches in the program. He is also a trained True Purpose ™ Coach and Voice Dialogue Facilitator. He is a regular student of Vinyasa yoga and Hapkido and practices many forms of meditation including his focus on Vipassana, or insight meditation, a form of Buddhism that helps people find within themselves greater peace, wisdom and compassion. He is also an avid traveler and has written about his travels in his most recent trip through Latin America.
